DESCRIPTION:This event happens every other week (However\, it also happens on Saturdays every other week.  In other words\, one week it is on Sunday\, the next on Saturday.  Be sure to check carefully so you don’t miss it or go on the wrong day). \nJoin the Honolulu Language Club for friendly conversation in Japanese on the UH Mānoa campus. We’ll sit at tables on the open-air patio of Saunders Hall. Parking on Sundays is free and plentiful (University Ave\, Maile Way\, Varney Circle). \nPlease note\, the restrooms in the art building are usually open. It is the first building on the ocean / Ewa side of the the campus mall. The restrooms are in the back\, across from the elevator. \nPlease feel free to bring your own refreshments\, and please be open to conversation with people of all ages. Mondays through Wednesdays at 9:30AM Kilohana Hula Waikiki Show (https://experiencekilohana.com/) features Merrie Monarch Festival dancers\, produced by Old Lahaina Lū‘au stage director at the Pā Hula Kūhiō Beach Hula Mound\, near the Duke Kahanamoku Statue on Kalākaua Ave.\nAt the same location on Wed from 6.30pm is a hula show The Return of Kapaemahu\n\n\n2. Starts at Lamakū Torch Tower on Kalākaua Avenue & then proceeds to the Level 1 Queen’s Court stage. O Nā Lani Sunset Stories can be seen every Monday\, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 p.m. (May-August) and 6 p.m. (September-April). https://shopinternationalmarketplace.com/events/hula-show\nThe International Market Place also has the Royal Hawaiian Band founded by King Kamehameha III in 1836\, that plays Thursdays noon to 12:45pm.\n\n\n\n\n3.
