BBQ Potluck Pool Party

We only have this event once or twice a year so don’t miss it.

You can take a dip in the pool or jacuzzi/hot tub but swimming is optional.  Some just come to mingle by the grill.

BYOB (bring your own beverages).  Each person should bring $5 AND a main dish/entree to share (which should be >$10 & >8 servings). OR you can bring $15/person.

The $5 is to defray/subsidize costs of the the plates/utensils/sundries/etc & to buy a small gift for the person who lets us use the place.  You can always give more.  And if you can’t afford it, please contact Sasaki well in advance so we can arrange something (eg, you could help setup & clean up).

Park at Ala Moana or on the street.  Please fill out the contact form to stay informed w/updates & receive Sasaki’s cell number/email.  You MUST provide your email & cell to be allowed because this is a private bldg where we must have accountability.

This is a private bldg where we are guests, so you MUST be on your best behavior (eg, no horseplay).  For eg, you canNOT eat or drink at or near the pool/jacuzzi for sanitary reasons.  We canNOT risk our access to this venue so will not hesitate to kick you out if you misbehave or become a problem.

We have folks who are as young as kids to as old as seniors.  Our only goal is fun.
