FREE Hula Performances
CULTURAL ENTERTAINMENT Tuesdays through Sundays at 5:30 - 6:30pm, Royal Grove at Royal Hawaiian Center has FREE Hula Hawaiian Cultural Performances. There are also many other FREE hula performances at various times & in different locations on Oahu, Hawaii. 1. Mondays through Wednesdays at 9:30AM Kilohana Hula Waikiki Show (https://experiencekilohana.com/) features Merrie Monarch Festival dancers, produced by Old Lahaina Lū‘au stage director at the Pā Hula Kūhiō Beach Hula Mound, near the Duke Kahanamoku Statue on Kalākaua Ave. At the same location on Wed from 6.30pm is a hula show The Return of Kapaemahu 2. Starts at Lamakū Torch Tower on Kalākaua Avenue & then proceeds to the Level 1 Queen’s Court stage. O Nā Lani Sunset Stories can be seen every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30 p.m. (May-August) and 6 p.m. (September-April). https://shopinternationalmarketplace.com/events/hula-show The International Market Place also has the Royal Hawaiian Band founded by King Kamehameha III in 1836, that plays Thursdays noon to 12:45pm. 3. Daily shows at Ala Moana Center either the CenterStage or the Ewa Wing stage (https://www.alamoanacenter.com/en/events/performances).
